We provide dedicated Residential, Mobile and Datacenter Proxies.

Residential proxy carries the IP address assigned by the domestic Internet Service Provider (ISP). The connection is established via Wi-Fi and cable.

Datacenter proxy is the IP address of a virtual or physical server located in a data center with prescribed ASN (Autonomous System Number). Our datacenter proxies are additionally divided into two categories of Hosting proxies and Business proxies.

Hosting proxies are IP addresses obtained legally from data centers or cloud hosting providers. Such proxies are divided by ASN (Autonomous System Numbers).

Business proxies are IP addresses belonging to enterprise or office networks.

Mobile proxy is the IP address of a device connected to the Internet via mobile carrier (AT&T, Verizon Wireless) through 3G/4G.

Every month we provide access to 1M+ IP addresses in 100+ countries. For every country there are available options to choose a state and ISP. Proxy rotating rule is assigned to a group of proxies or a single IP port in particular.

Yes, we do. All residential and mobile proxies have IP addresses of real end-user devices. IP pools they are in can belong to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or a Mobile carrier respectively.

We acquire IP addresses from ethical sources. We conclude agreements with ASN providers for datacenter IPs, with ISPs and individuals to obtain residential and mobile proxy IPs. Our proxy servers are legit and fully GDPR compliant.

Yes. We appreciate the privacy of our users and IP providers. We strictly follow the KYC and AML policies. The content of the proxy data stream can be revealed to law enforcements only upon requests according to the terms provided by the law.

The proxy port is a socket address combining IP address and a port number. It is a connection established with one external IP address at a time through the internal proxy node.

You can run as many ports as you need simultaneously. Every port means one active connection through an external IP address. IP can be changed via API request, manually or at time interval. All your ports make up a proxy list.

Yes, all our proxies are dynamic. There are 3 ways to initiate the IP rotation:

1. Manually with the "Change IP" button on the dashboard
2. Setting the rule for changing external IP with a fixed time interval
3. With every new connection established.

You can use API GET/POST methods to change external IP address.

Not exactly. Every port you order connects to the internal IP. It is a static connection to the backconnect server.

The algorithm mentioned chooses the external IP with geo and provider matching your demands. It is the dynamic address which can be changed when you need it.

The number of IP rotations is unlimited.

Every proxy port has a distinct address. You can get it by pressing the "Copy" button near the port number. It looks like:

"http://login:password@IP:PORT" for HTTPS proxies

or

"socks5://login:password@IP:PORT" for SOCKS5 proxies.

We interpret a "Proxy thread" as an individual proxy port within our infrastructure. You get a unique IP address with every port by default.

Change the external IP with every connection established, on demand or at a fixed time interval. Set the desired number of proxy threads and ask Client Support to choose the most suitable IP rotation strategy for your needs.

All our proxies are dynamic. You can set external IP rotation via API to decrease the frequency of changing IP up to 3 times per 24 hours.

The external IP may stay constant up to days depending on pool and connection characteristics. Geo location and provider you choose also influence on IP changing rate.

Residential and mobile proxies change IPs regularly by default due to the NAT technology employed. For particular information on your proxies please contact Client Support.

Press the "Change IP" button on the dashboard, set the time interval or send API requests. The IP address will change within selected pool according to the geolocation or provider you have chosen earlier.

Please choose the IP rotation mode according to your task. Feel free to ask Client Support for an advice on your situation.

The external IP address can be changed unlimited times. The minimum cooldown is 30 seconds.

Yes. It can happen before the timer ran out or the new connection was set. The possible reasons include:

1. Overload of IP pool with requests
2. IP address flagged as suspicious by the target web page
3. Network status calibration.

Don’t worry. The IP rotation is a normal process. Our proxies are dynamic, and IP change takes place on the prescribed algorithms without changing the geolocation and other characteristics. ISP, mobile/cellular provider or ASN stays the same.

Also residential and mobile proxies change addresses due to the NAT technology, while datacenter IPs switch in case of going offline. It prevents the data transmission from disconnection.

The server automatically connects to any available IP address from any pool we operate at the time. The address will be dynamic and can be changed through a standard rotating procedure. Every next IP is chosen at random from all available addresses.

Every proxy port is online for a month by default. Or while the amount of traffic is not exceeded. Renew the port before the traffic or monthly subscription expires.

Of course. We provide a customizable API panel. Check the API tab on the dashboard. The POST/GET/DELETE/PATCH methods are available. Changing the IP via HTTP-link URL is among them.

You need an API key to send GET or POST commands through the software. The API key is available on the tab of the online dashboard. Send API requests via HTTPS. Execute URL HTTP-links provided on the tab.

Use GET method requests to switch the external IP while running Scrapy, ParseHub or browser automation software. Control the GET/POST applying methods.

Yes. All proxies provided by Dexodata are dynamic.

With every port bought you get a static URL. Add it to the software once, set the rule for IP rotation using API or buttons on the web dashboard, and get a clear new external IP address every time you need it.

UDP protocol is not supported. Feel free to set a new IP via TCP by specifying the "New IP for every request" item in the IP changing menu.

We strictly advise to test per-request mode during a free proxy trial before processing the main task.

No. But it suits a limited number of tasks, such as proprietary software testing or data scraping. Otherwise the target website's defending systems may flag your IP as suspicious and restrict the access.

No. Dexodata provides dynamic rotation for all proxies. Residential and mobile IPs will rotate anyway.

But you can perform IP rotation less often. To use a single IP address longer, set the proper interval for rotating IP by clicking on the port title or use API. The exact peroid of time for a single address to be kept depends on ISP, geolocation, network load, etc.

Yes, indeed. You can group proxy ports into the lists, export HTTP and SOCKS addresses as .txt files, rename lists and distinct proxies.

Sure. Use the "Export to file" button in the dashboard on the top of the list. Set preferrable settings, export only HTTP or SOCKS proxies if needed. The list will be saved as a .txt file.

Yes. We provide highly detailed geo-targeted proxies.

You can assign a state, city, and Internet service provider (for residential proxies), mobile carrier (for mobile proxies) or ASN (for datacenter proxies). The IP pool size depends on a particular geolocation.

Unfortunately, there is no technical possibility to change the country, city or provider you specified after the purchase is completed. You can switch the pricing plan, set another login and password or change the IP rotation rule. E.g. set a time interval instead of changing external IP addresses with every new connection established. Ask Client Support for details.

A proxy pool is a number of external IP addresses. They are united on the origin, geolocation or provider identity. E.g. the pool of mobile proxies based on Vodafone located in Rome, Italy. You set up configuration for the port, and the server connects to the suitable IP automatically. 

No. The number of IP addresses available in a particular area differs. It depends on the network development in the area, weather conditions, proxy activity, etc, and changes eventually.

It depends on your goals. E.g. Facebook scraping procedure with media downloaded may require 500 Mb of traffic for a three hours of process. Turn off the the visual elements downloading, if possible, to spend less traffic.

We recommend asking for a free proxy trial to test necessary settings.

You should buy the amount of ports needed to perform the task. One port = one IP connection. We suggest assigning an individual port for every data flow.

In case of IP addresses getting compromised the data collecting will continue through other ports.

We strictly follow the GDPR compliance. Any fraud actions performed via our data gathering infrastructure are prohibited.

We reserve the right to restrict access to users found to be in violation of the laws and our License agreement. Such prohibited activities include carding, blackmailing, SMTP spam mailing, money laundering, DDoS attacks, etc.

It depends on the algorithm your software exploits. We advise you to buy residential or mobile proxies as they carry the highest level of trust by social media.

Set the location and IP rotation by link to automate processes in social media using multiple accounts. Please follow the rule to assign one account to a distinct proxy port.

Datacenter proxies are best for obtaining web data from other, less complicated resources. The processes described are individual, so feel free to apply for explanation to our Client Service. 

Yes, it is. Use an individual port for every account and buy residential or mobile proxies for a stable connection. Set a desired city for residential proxies or city and provider for mobile proxies to succeed.

No. Dexodata provides dedicated proxies only for your privacy, safety and convenience. The connection is established through external IP addresses not occupied by other users. But you can share the proxy access with colleagues via "Team access" on the "Settings" tab on the dashboard.

Yes, you can. Use the "Team access" item on the "Settings" tab. Specify e-mail to send invitation for shared proxy access.

Yes, you can buy Dexodata IPv6 proxies as well as IPv4 proxies. We serve both types, but mostly there are IPv4 proxies due to the fact they are still more frequently used and popular.

The proxy uptime is the period the proxy server stays online. The most reliable companies like Dexodata operate with an average uptime of 99.9%. In case of serious connection issues our clients are informed the most convenient way to them and the length of downtime is compensated.

Any proxy you buy is compatible with both protocols, HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. Every protocol is assigned to a separated port listed in the proxy address line. Only one protocol can be used at once.

Our Support Service is available daily, from 10AM till 2AM UTC/GMT +4 (GST). The average answer time is 15 minutes. The exact time depends on the number of support tickets we get.

1. One can get a free account replenishment and test any of our proxies until the test sum is expired.
2. The test starts with the first Mb of data transferred through the proxies ordered.
3. There are no limits on trial length, proxy number, geolocation or infrastructure features during the trial period.

We top up a test account for $3. You can spend this money on any proxies needed. After the trial period expires, you can top up your account and renew ports used or order new ports with different settings.

We offer two types of pricing plans.

1. The first is pay as you go (PAYG), you will be charged only for the amount of traffic consumed. We will withdraw the total cost from your personal account.

The total cost of a proxy port consists of two parts:

There are two pricing plan types, the pre-paid traffic packets and pay as you go. The port rent is a fixed sum. It is $0.3 per a single port for prepaid pricing plan and $0.1 for pay as you go.

You can change external dynamic IP as many times as you need without extra fees charged.

The minimal pre-paid traffic packet is 100 Mb. Its cost depends on the proxy type and amounts from $0.37 for datacenter proxies to $1.31 for mobile proxies.

The pre-paid traffic packet amount varies from 100 Mb to 300 Gb.

The packets of traffic need to be paid after their expiration or with the beginning of the new month.

No. Unlike other companies, Dexodata charges only one traffic type, incoming or outcoming, depending on what you use more often. If the amount of Mb downloaded exceeds the relevant amount of MB uploaded, you will be charged for inbound traffic or vice versa. 

You specify the number of proxy ports in the dashboard during the order procedure. Settings are shown for every proxy you've picked up.

Every port is a connection to an internal backconnect server. After activation it can change the dynamic external IP as often as you need. But not as frequently as two times per minute.

You need to renew the connection.

1. Click the "Renew" button for every port you want to use further.
2. Choose the most suitable amount of traffic. To switch the type of pricing plan, click on the port title.
3. The automatic renewal is also available. Top up the account balance before the "Renew" operation, if needed.

We accept:

1. Credit cards
2. E-wallet payments
3. Cryptocurrency.

Dexodata is more than a proxy service. We offer a ready-to-go ecosystem for obtaining and analyzing data online. Our pricing plans are affordable and respond to the business needs of enterprises and individuals. The reasons for cheaper proxies to exist on the market include:

1. Spoofing residential and mobile proxies with datacenter ones
2. Passing off static proxies as dynamic
3. Offering shared and public addresses instead of private dedicated IPs.

Click the "Statistics" button. You will get the detailed data on all target pages, the amounts of sent and traffic consumption, etc. Click the "Advanced settings" item in the box to set up your statistics list and export it as a .xlsx file.

Dexodata offers two ways for authorization:

1. With login-password
2. With IP address.

The login and password can be changed anytime. Specify the IP addresses allowed to access proxy from in the box of the "Port settings" tab.

Every port is able to handle up to 50 TCP requests sent simultaneously through a single IP. There is no limit on the number of active ports running at the same time.

The Tunnel mode allows to encrypt all the data transferred through a proxy according to OpenVPN standard. These are pre-configured settings packages for different device types (iOS, WIndows, Android, mac OS, MikroTik routers). Enable and disable the Tunnel mode anytime.

Be noted that all the device traffic will run through the encrypted proxy channel.

Yes. Use the "Tunnel mode" to choose the device type you are launching a proxy connection at. Or apply to specialized built-in plugins in antidetect browsers based on Chromium, Quantum, etc. to prevent WebRTC leaks.

Proxy IP addresses can be blacklisted or flagged due to users' actions online. It happens because of the limited IP number providers operate by sharing them between multiple users, and depends on the network type.

Getting into blacklist does not impact negatively the work of residential and mobile proxies. We conduct constant AI-based and manual checks to ensure 99.9% uptime of our data gaining ecosystem.
